Uniform Styles

What we wear

All Students will wear white hard style uniform.
4th section: black collar
5th section: black bottom front
6th section: black bottom back, arm and pant cuffs
1st - 5th degree black belt: white uniform with 1 stripe on leg, with appropriate stripes on belt.

Black Belts will be recognized by stripes on belt indicating their degree (Display below shows 1st section through 2nd degree Black Belt)
1st deg., black belt with 1 stripe on belt, white uniform with 1 stripe on leg.
2nd deg. Non-Main Inst.- 2 stripes on belt, white uniform with one stripe on leg.
3rd deg. Non-Main Inst.- 3 stripes on belt, white uniform with one stripe on leg.

Main Instructor & Assistant Head Instructor 2nd deg up will wear a black hard style uniform with no trim.
2nd deg. Main Instructor - Black hard style uniform with 2 stripes on belt.
3rd deg. Main Instructor - Black hard style uniform with 3 stripes on belt.
4th deg. Main Instructor - Black hard style uniform with 4 stripes on belt.

Head Instructors have trim on uniform (like 1st deg.) only in black with white trim.
3rd deg Head Instructor - Black hard style uniform with trim 3 stripes on belt.
4th deg Head Instructor - Black hard style uniform with trim 4 stripes on belt.

Regional Instructors Chinese style no trim solid black (no belt or sash required)
4th deg Regional Instructor - Chinese style no trim solid black.
5th deg Regional Instructor - Chinese style no trim solid black.

National Instructors Chinese style black with white trim (no belt or sash required)
6th & 7th deg National Instructor - Chinese style white trim.

Master Instructor Pure white Chinese style uniform no trim (no belt or sash required)

All associated schools student uniforms may have a silk-screened emblem on the left front to indicate the schools association with the Body Mind Systems teaching group. The American flag on hard style uniforms is to be on the left arm closest to the heart. All black belts with position will have a front left patch displaying rank and position recognized by the Body Mind Systems teaching group. A back patch may be designed for each region. Schools may also design their own logo and have the front right patch their individual school patch.
